Older model, but fine upgrade for my existing motherboard. Price was quite reasonable, since appropriate fan/heatsink was included. Only slightly faster than my original XP 2600, but general improved response. Vendor was also "local" (within the state), and very helpful.

good processor - - NJ, USA
The AMD processor is much cheaper than the pentium and runs just as well, if not, better. It took me some time to put it in, it won't be easy for someone new to computer hardware. It was a good upgrade from my AMD Athlon XP 2400+.
